Pilates Reformer

This class offers a low-impact, full-body workout. Through continuous movement, the reformer springs provide resistance as you move through sequences of exercises. You'll build long, lean muscle; increase core strength; improve flexibility and posture, and restore balance to the body.

 

Pilates HIIT Reformer 

For intermediate and advanced students our Pilates fusion class combines traditional Pilates exercises and high intensity interval training (HIIT). We use props such as balls, weights, and rings to add extra intensity to your workout. Then, we throw the jump board on to really get the heart pumping.

Men’s Reformer

A Pilates reformer class focusing on specific exercises for the male physique. Build and encourage strength, flexibility and mental focus.  A great supplemental class to support the activities you already love to do.

Gentle Reformer*

Work through current or past physical challenges in this moderately-paced class. Create strength, flexibility, and proper alignment in a safe and restorative environment.

Pilates Express*

A powerful/condensed and effective 45-minute class with all of the benefits our pilates classes offer.

 

Barre*

Our barre classes combine the fundamentals of ballet, Pilates, and yoga to give you a full-body workout. Low-impact exercises are choreographed to upbeat music to keep you moving and motivated. The barre is used as a prop for balance while performing exercises that focus on isometric strength training and high repetitions of small range-of-motion movements, all of which create strong, long, lean muscles.

Beginners Barre*

Proper form, alignment, and sequencing are emphasized in this back-to-basics class. Move at a slower pace with less repetitions.

Barre Express*

A powerful/condensed and effective 45-minute class with all of the benefits our barre classes offer.

50/50*

Reformer + Barre Fusion. A combination of your favorite classes to sculpt and stretch your body.

Sweat Pretty*

This is a women's only fitness class designed to lean you out and tone you up by using weights, props, mat Pilates, HIIT and Barre workouts. It's a supportive, motivating and encouraging women's group to help you reach your goals!

Private Sessions

We offer private & semi-private sessions for all of the classes listed above if you have special limitations, schedule conflicts, or just prefer one-on-one attention.
